Production Sprint Week 4


Greetings

We are back with another weekly update! 

this week on the programmer side we focused on improving the environmental hazards so they dont overlap with eachother and adding a little bit of the UI already. We are also working on a AI powerup that spawns 2 AI carts and a smoke screen to mislead your enemies!

This week we also made some great art improvements regarding the looks of our game.

First of, we added a set of mountains and fog to create the outside world.
The artist made 3 different mountains. We can combine these to create an interesting look.
The fog is spread all over the valley, so when the map becomes smaller, the space will be filled
with some fog.

The map itself now features head statues. These are built by the local civilization
to worship their god. 
There are 4 kinds of statues we can place.

The UI starts getting shape as well! 


The player and their weapon have their spot already. We still need to add the clock.
There are improvements for sure, but we're happy with the design we have so far.

Also some model changed were made this week. These include the airdrop and the heatshield for the
power nose.

Next week we are planning to add more UI/HUD elements and also finish the AI powerup. Until then!
